The Distillery
WELCOME TO THE DISTILLERY
WHERE TASTY THINGS ARE MADE.
Our distillery is small, yes, but it produces big flavours. We have a 50-imperial-gallon still and a 25-imperial-gallon still. Both have bespoke copper columns and gin baskets, allowing us the ability to produce gin, vodka and rum.
Our stills are hand-made to our design by our friends at Destylatory Miedziane in Poland. We love their stills, simple, manual and crafted around the user and their skills, rather than a computer-controlled process.
The Human Touch
Our award-winning Master Distiller, Dave Hemstock, is in charge of production. We bottle and label all of our spirits by hand. Our Peak Heritage spirit range and Derbyshire Heritage Distillations truly feature locally foraged botanicals. Our retro range of GinZoil® and trend-setting Hedka® is all produced in small batches and hand labelled.
